This glamorous party look featuring deep berry lips, sultry green smoked eyes and the twinkly addition of good old fashioned glitter in fresh iced peppermint is deliciously wintery . Shimmery, modern textured skin compliements the eyes and keeps everything looking bang up to date. This look can work on all ages…just reduce the glitter and shimmer factor on more mature skins (however, a tiny touch of shimmery light or twinkle on the inner corner of the eye still works perfectly well on a much more mature lady).

You can of course swap the green shades for golden bronzes or plummy purples and it’ll still be fabulous. You can of course use any brand of eyeshadow, you really dont need to invest in Tom Ford (as much as we love him!). Mac, Maybelline and many other brands have shades very similar to these.

Hope you have a great time and I wish you all a very Happy Holidays!

Lisa Eldridge X

I canโ€™t guarantee that all of the make-up and skincare products I recommend will suit you. I only use products I personally think are good having tried them on myself and my clients but everyone’s skin is different and it’s possible to be allergic to anything. Wherever possible, test products out on yourself before purchasing.

I only feature products I like, or want to try. The products I use in these videos are either purchased by me or sent to me by make-up companies to use in my professional capacity as a make-up artist for fashion and celebrity photo shoots, red carpet etc. I am also sent products by many of the top magazines to judge for awards.

I do not accept payment and am not sponsored to make any of the films on this channel. Some of the links under the videos and blog posts on my site are affiliated however and as stated before, I only feature products I like, or want to try.

  1. What a beautiful young woman. Her skin is incredible. I love the whole look especially the eyes. Unfortunately I can’t push the boat out for that Tom Ford palate. Can anyone suggest a reasonably priced alternative? Well done on another amazing look Lisa. You never fail to impress. ๐Ÿ’‹

  2. This girl Amber. She has something special, she is gorgeous, and her beauty seems to come from within. There’s something about her ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. wow. Amber, even without any makeup, she is so pretty, her shy smiles and girly look on her face is like telling a story… She could be a princess in a fairy tail story movie!

  4. I love those greens, and i wish i could wear them! I have a question though – a long time ago I saw an episode of America’s Next Top Model in which one of the models looked terrible in makeup and someone told her that some people just can’t wear makeup well (by which they meant a lot of makeup, particularly eyeshadow). Is that true, and if so, why is that? I like makeup and I love dramatic eyeshadow but I find whenever I try it I end up looking a lot older (not in a good way) and for lack of a better term – kind of prostitute-like. I had a professional do a trial makeup on me before my friend’s wedding in which I was a bridesmaid, and I felt so disgusting after she’d done it that I started crying. I looked like an aging prostitute when, without eyeshadow, people would often mistake me for a 15-year old. I’ve never been able to put anything on my eyelids other than eyeliner.

I think Jennifer Lawrence is one actress that looks way better with a minimal-style makeup – I thought she looked kind of like an aging prostitute in the chariot scene in Catching Fire, but in the minimal makeup look she has while hunting in District 12 she’s stunning. What is that about?

I have copper red hair, golden-blonde eyebrows and eyelashes, super-white skin, some freckles, and blue eyes. It doesn’t seem to be a result of the super-white skin, because I’ve seen Lisa Eldridge do makeup on a redhead with super-white skin and she could easily wear a ton of eyeshadow. Maybe it’s something about eye structure?

  5. This was really helpful as far as patching up watering eyes. ย I sometimes have this problem, so now I know what to do to fix it. ย Thank you!

  6. An amazing look! I think these colours are also lovely on blue eyes and pale skin. Have to try this look ๐Ÿ˜Š X

  7. Runway ready. Your channel is so refreshing to watch, compared to all the "gurus" using a ton of product. It’s just too much! Lol less is always more, and you prove it every time.

  8. It’s amazing how this eye makeup brings out her eyes. She almost looks like a different person with it all on.

  9. This is my favorite eye look so far. I could even have stopped before the brows, lips and inner eye corners were filled in. It was still just as beautiful!

  10. You look amazing! That lipstick you are wearing is absolutely beautiful. Reminds me of Poodle Skirt from Lancome.

  11. Hi, Lisa! Could you, please, tell us which eye shadows you are using it in this video? I love the mix rose/peachy with blue! Thanks!

  12. She has a moment there where she looks like Helena Christiansen and i totally love it!
By the way, Lisa, i have a question. What eyelash curler should i get? the one i have doesn’t get to the lashes on the outer corner properly regardless of what i do so they stay sticking downwards and straight which makes my eyes look all droppy ๐Ÿ™

  13. She is so beautiful it makes me wanna cry. I seriously can’t believe how handsome she is. And that make up look, I’m in love.
